What is Hiclone?

Hiclone is a simple non-moving and maintenance free device which fits inside the air filter housing of a carburettor or in the air induction hose on EFI, Turbo, LPG or diesel engines. Hiclone requires NO modifications and NO chemicals.

Improved Combustions

Better flame propagation offers a more even down force on piston.

Increased Mileage

Hiclone’s swirling effect makes fuel particles finer and therefore burns up to 85% of the fuel as opposed to 65% in the best conventional systems. This means you can travel further on the same amount of fuel as Hiclone supplied a more even mixture for LPG vehicles, helping to protect the valves.

Increased Mileage

Reduced Emissions

More efficient burning of the fuel means greatly reduced levels of exhaust pollution.

Decreased Engine Noise

During the combustion process, Hiclone makes the power from each cylinder more even and reduces piston slap and scuff, leading to more stable engine performance. The uniform force reduces noise and prevents abnormal abrasion.

Decreased Engine Noise

More Power Output

Hiclone maximises the air flow and gathers fuel to the centre of the air stream, then rapidly moves it to the combustion chamber, preventing the adhering of particles to the wall of the intake system. Swirling fastburn, near-complete combustion increases power output.

Standard Power Output

For TURBO vehicles installing Hiclones before and after the turbo gives better results. A similar improvement is achieved on non-turbo vehicles when two or more Hiclones are installed
