This is the second volume in a major two-part work providing a country-by-country analysis of African oil and gas. Divided into north and central Africa (Volume I) and east, west and southern Africa (Volume II), the book details the oil and gas frameworks and the key concerns in the most significant jurisdictions. Topics addressed include the key terms of the petroleum laws, the types of legal arrangement in place (eg, concession agreement, production sharing contract or service agreement), the fiscal terms, the acquisition of acreage, governing law, dispute resolution mechanisms and governmental control. Volume II on west and southern Africa includes both traditional petroleum producing countries, such as Nigeria and Angola, and more recent areas with significant potential, such South Sudan, Mozambique, Ghana and Tanzania. Covering more than 30 countries in total, this book features contributions from a variety of leading experts in the industry, including from ministries of petroleum, national oil companies, international oil companies, law firms and consultancies. This unique new work provides a wider understanding of oil and gas law, contracts and regulations within the African continent
A decade ago, Russian scientist Staly A. Losev assembled top scientists from various Russian institutions at Moscow State University and invited them to pool their knowledge about the changes gases undergo in a variety of aerospace settings from combustion of rocket fuels to hypersonic flow paths to the exteriors of atmospheric reentry vehicles. The work grew into the AVAGADRO Laboratory of Moscow State University's Institute of Mechanics. The models and formulas produced by the team of authors are contained in the second edition of the textbook, Physical and Chemical Processes in Gas Dynamics. The text provides a valuable window into the design philosophies and models that govern former Soviet engineers and scientist. "Normally, these things are not accessible to U.S. engineers," said Paul Zarchan of MIT's Lincoln Laboratory, Editor-in-Chief of AIAA's Progress in Astronautics and Aeronautics series that includes this text. Accompanying the book is the Russian-produced Chemical Workbench software, which is a user-friendly, Windows-based interface for performing calculations based on the models of gas dynamics contained in the book. The book and software provide concise, exhaustive, and clear descriptions of terms, notations, concepts, methods, laws, and techniques. It is invaluable for students and engineers who are determined to more accurately predict the physical and chemical processes in gas and plasma dynamics.
Research for this book was taken from 137 PS-Spot and A-spot related websites, as well as numerous medical journals. The A-spot is a patch of sensitive tissue at the inner end of the vaginal tube between the cervix and the bladder. It's often described as the 'female degenerated prostate'. Those women who have the A-spot (and most do) first need it discovered, and may need it developed. There is no doubt that it can provide tremendous pleasure. Many women who enjoy anal sex do so at least partially because of their A-spot. This book comes with two additional books. Your books are presented in this order: 1. THE PS-SPOT ORGASM: Don't Wait Any Longer For This Kind of Pleasure 2. Special Things To Do During 3 Hours of Sex; A Step-by-step Guide ("This book has kinky overtones") 3. The A-spot Orgasm: The Elusive Super Orgasm Publisher's Warning: These ebooks are sexually oriented and discuss and present sexual information and situations.
